Since 2008, ACM has been implementing Young Leadership in the Arts, a fellowship program in partnership with ACM-US. Since its launch, the program has involved and built the capacity of 320 fellows. In 2023, the program has enrolled 18 emerging young leaders from visual arts, performing art, cultural heritage and media arts, and enhanced their networking and practical experience by organizing more than 20 training sessions. As part of the program, the fellows implemented community service projects designed to give access to arts education.
ACM, in collaboration with ACM-US, has been organizing a fellowship program since 2008. In the framework of the program, ACM has initiated Fellowship Alumni Grant, which aims to expand the collaboration of its graduates and to support community-based arts and culture initiatives. In 2022, Association of ACM Fellowship graduates was formed. Art Hub online platform project was initiated by an alumni group, which aims to encourage active cooperation of all graduates, and help them gain recognition locally and internationally through the website www.arthub.mn.
