The Shining Horses scholarship program, initiated in honor of the late Vice Chair of ACM Peter Morrow, aims to foster artistic creation and elevate the competitiveness of local artists.

Shining Horses was organized for the sixth year in 2023. The grant, in the form of a 10-day residency, was awarded to the Team Maexst project, whose goal was to record an EP album in the EDM genre. The team stayed at a picturesque national park and successfully finished their EP recording.
