Khankhongor Ensemble scholarship program is aimed at enhancing the capacity of artists from Umnugovi aimag and to transmit to future generations the rich legacy of Mongolian folk music.

With the sponsorship of ACM-US and Nomadic Expeditions, ACM implemented a grant program to support Khankhongor Ensemble. Four students who completed the song, dance and music programs at the Khanhongor Soum Cultural Center in the Umungovi aimag and are pursuing further education in the area of culture and arts at a university were given scholarships as part of the program during the 2021–2022 academic year.
