ACM EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY- Associate

Arts Council of Mongolia, with a goal to support the sustainable development of arts and culture and the preservation of the cultural heritage of Mongolia is now accepting applications for the following full time position.

PROGRAM ASSOCIATE

The ACM Program Associate serves as key aid assisting, implementing and coordinating ACM’s Development Program and Marketing & Communication. The ACM Program Associate reports to Deputy Executive Director for Arts & Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be responsible for implementing ACM’s Development Program activities within the approved ACM strategy and its follow ups
  • To be involved in all ACM Program’s joint activities and be responsible for marketing & communication
  • To be responsible to develop creative contents, coach volunteers and to implement ACM services and products
  • To be responsible to monitor and analyze ACM’s marketing and communication & social media channels

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Citizen of Mongolia
  • Over 2 - 3 years of experience in the marketing & communication is preferred
  • Language skills: Upper intermediate level of English both written and spoken
  • Strong writing skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good team player, collaborative, creative responsive, curious and eager to learn
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications and strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Art management or marketing & communication background is preferred
  • Good sense of responsibility, able to meet deadlines and multiple demands
